A bright tasty dessert with a crunch to it.

Ingredients

  • 1 liter(s) Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 500 mL Strawberry Syrup or Chocolate Syrup
  • 1 Packet of Sandwich, crushed
  • 1 handful(s) Honey Roasted Peanuts, crushed
  • 1 Punnet Strawberry, cut in half

Method

Step 1

Place 3 scoops of ice cream into each of 4 bowls.

Step 2

Drizzle the Chocolate or Strawberry Syrup over the ice cream.

Step 3

Sprinkle the crushed cookies and peanuts over the ice cream and top with strawberries.
