Ultimate Iced Coffee


  • 200ml strong black coffee
  • 50ml milk
  • ice
  • maple syrup, optional


Step 1

Allow the coffee to go completely cold then pour into a blender. Add the milk along with 2 or 3 handfuls of ice and maple syrup if using then blend until smooth and foamy.

Step 2

Pour into chilled tall glass and serve.

Step 3

Cold brewing makes coffee with more aromatic, complex flavour and less bitterness or acidity than hot brewed coffee.
