Ingredients
- 4 pieces of Medium kiwi fruits, ends cut out, peeled and cut into 1-inch
- 2 tsp of strained fresh lemon juice
Method
Step 1
Puree in a blender or food processor. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
Step 2
This is best used the day it is made, as the color fades. Delicious over ice cream and chopped nuts.Great used as a breakfast Brûlée - layer and combine Greek Yoghurt with Meusli and top with fresh Kiwi Slices and drizzle with the Kiwi Coulis.
