A fun recipe to make for summer to cool you down.
- 60 grams Sugar
- 2 cup(s) Kiwi Puree ( From about 8 kiwis)
- 2 Kiwi Sliced into 2cm slices
- 8 Ice-lolly moulds
In a small saucepan, bring sugar and 80ml water to the boil over high, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Transfer to a 4-cup liquid measuring cup or medium bowl and refrigerate until cool, 30 minutes. Stir in puree.
Drop one kiwi slice to the bottom of each ice-lolly molds. Pour over puree and freeze overnight.
