Ingredients
- 1 tsp allspice
- 750g lamb mince
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 1⁄2 cup coriander, chopped
- 1 red onion, cut into squares
- wooden skewers
- lemon wedges
Method
Step 1
Preheat grill to medium heat. Mix the allspice, diced onion and coriander into the lamb mince. Divide meat mixture into small balls. Thread the meatballs onto the wooden skewers alternating with the red onion. Chill for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Step 2
Place kebabs under the grill, turning occasionally, until evenly cooked. Serve with lemon wedges.
