Ingredients
- STRAWBERRY
- 11⁄2 cups strawberries, chopped
- 1⁄2 banana, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 1 tsps chia seeds
- 1 tbsp goji berries
- ORANGE
- 1 cup orange, chopped
- 1⁄2 banana, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- 1 tsps chia seeds
- 1 tbsp goji berries
Method
Step 1
Add all the ingredients for making the strawberry smoothie in a blender and blend till creamy. Pour it into smoothie jug or a big glass. Now place ingredients for the orange smoothie in a blender and blend. Pour the orange smoothie slowly over strawberry smoothie.
