Lemon Grilled Prawns2017-03-22

- 24 large prawns, de-veined in shell, raw
- 125ml olive oil
- coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 lemons, halved
Preheat a griddle pan over high heat.
Brush prawns with oil, season with salt and pepper and place on the pan for 2 minutes on each side, until shells are hot pink and prawns are opaque. Place the lemons on the pan during the last minute. The heat will release the juice from the lemons.
To serve, squeeze the grilled lemon wedges over the prawns.
