A flavourful marinade that goes perfectly with all white meat and seafood.
- ½ cup fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 10 tbsps olive oil
- 3 lemons, juiced
- freshly ground black pepper
Mix everything together and massage on to your chosen meat. Marinade your chosen meat in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours or more before grilling. Delicious with chicken, fish and prawns.
