Mango Frozen Yoghurt

This recipe is refreshing and guilt-free.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mango, peeled, chopped and frozen
  • 2 tbsps honey
  • 1 cup greek style yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice

Method

Step 1

Add the frozen mango, honey, yoghurt and lime juice into a food processor. Process until creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Scrape down the side of the bowl to make sure there are no lumps left. Transfer it to an airtight freezable container and freeze for a minimum 6 hours, preferably overnight.
