Ingredients
- 1/2 cantaloupe, de-seeded and thinly sliced
- 3 figs, halved or quartered
- 100g prosciutto
- 100g mozzarella, crumbled
- handful rocket
- 8-10 fresh basil leaves
- drizzle of balsamic glaze
- salt and pepper
Method
Step 1
Arrange layers of melon, figs, prosciutto, mozzarella, rocket and basil on a platter. Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
