Ingredients
- 80ml cider vinegar
- 80ml white vinegar
- 80ml olive oil
- 1/ 3 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsps cumin
- 1 tbsp black peppercorns
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp salt
Method
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and mix well. This marinade works best if it is made a day in advance so the flavours can blend. Marinate for a minimum of 4 hours before cooking.
