Mexican Salsa

An exotic salsa. Best eaten quickly with fresh avocado.
Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 1 bunch of coriander, roughly chopped
- 1 small red onion
- 2 limes, juiced
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon(s) Tabasco Sauce to taste
- 1/2 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 pinch(es) sugar
Method
Step 1
Gently combine ingredients together and season with salt and pepper. Add Tabasco depending on heat desired!
Step 2
Delicious with pan fried or grilled chicken and fish. Great with tortillas.
