Mince and Green Bean Curry

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Rajah Flavourful & Mild Curry Powder
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 400g beef mince
- 1 cup water
- 1 Knorrox Beef Stock Cube
- 1 handful green beans, cut in half
Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a medium size pot and gently fry the onion and green pepper until soft.
Step 2
Add Rajah Flavourful & Mild Curry Powder and tomatoes and fry for 1 minute stirring constantly.
Step 3
Add the beef mince and fry until well browned.
Step 4
Stir in the water and stock cube and bring to the boil then reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Add the green beans and allow to simmer for a further 5 minutes or until cooked.
Step 6
Serve with rice or sadza.
