Ingredients

  • 1 litre(s) Good quality Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 9 Mince Pies ( Preferably without lids), plus extra to serve
  • 1 Dry Sherry (Optional) to drizzle

To serve, scoop the ice cream into sundae glasses or small bowls. Drizzle with the sherry and serve with extra mince pies, if desired.
