Mini Doughnuts

  • 300g flour
  • 125g sugar
  • 250ml milk
  • 2 tsps vanilla essence
  • 3 eggs
  • 50ml vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsps baking powder
  • pinch of salt


Step 1

Place flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla essence and salt into a mixing bowl.

Step 2

Make a well in the middle of these ingredients and add the milk, eggs and oil.

Step 3

Using a mixer, mix all ingredients thoroughly to produce a smooth batter.

Step 4

Pre-heat your doughnut maker for 4-5 minutes. Spoon 2 teaspoons of the mixture evenly into each mould.

Step 5

Cook for 2 minutes or until doughnuts are golden brown and soft to touch. Place onto a wire rack to cool and decorate.
