- 12 tortilla wraps
- 1.25 kg chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1⁄2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 x 400g can Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 x 400g Kidney Beans
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 tbsp sliced fresh green chillis
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 x 250g créme frâiche
- 1 x jar of Taco Sauce
In a sauté pan over medium heat, combine chicken strips kidney beans and northern beans, season with salt and pepper; cook until chicken is cooked through.
To assemble, in a warm tortilla, spread 1 tbsp taco sauce, 150g chicken/bean mix, 1 tsp chillis, and some tomato. Roll and cut on a bias. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top with 1 tbsp créme frâiche.
