Ingredients

  • 2 oranges, peeled and chopped
  • 2 large carrots, chopped
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tsps fresh ginger, finely grated
  • 1-2 splashes of water
  • 6 ice cubes, crushed

Method

Step 1

In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
