Parmesan & Parsley Crusted Salmon

A delicious and tasty recipe that goes well with a side salad and chips.

Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Butter
  • 50 grams Fresh white bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Chopped parsley
  • 1/2 Lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
  • 40 grams Parmesan

Method

Step 1

Heat the oven to 200°C/fan or 180°C/gas.

Step 2

Season and put the salmon fillets on a lightly buttered non-stick baking tray.

Step 3

Whizz the breadcrumbs, parsley, lime juice, oil and parmesan in a food processor.

Step 4

Cover the salmon with the breadcrumb mixture.

Step 5

Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the breadcrumbs golden.

Step 6

Enjoy with a side salad and chips.
