Parmesan & Parsley Crusted Salmon2014-09-19

A delicious and tasty recipe that goes well with a side salad and chips.
- 4 Salmon Fillets
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) Butter
- 50 grams Fresh white bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoon(s) Chopped parsley
- 1/2 Lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
- 40 grams Parmesan
Heat the oven to 200°C/fan or 180°C/gas.
Season and put the salmon fillets on a lightly buttered non-stick baking tray.
Whizz the breadcrumbs, parsley, lime juice, oil and parmesan in a food processor.
Cover the salmon with the breadcrumb mixture.
Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the breadcrumbs golden.
Enjoy with a side salad and chips.
