Topped with cheesy goodness and smokey pepperoni, this pizza is a classic favourite.
- 1 pizza base
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsps pizza sauce
- 200g mozzarella cheese, grated
- 50g parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 10-15 slices pepperoni
- 100g beef mince, cooked
- 2 tbsps fresh basil or oregano
- pinch of crushed red chilli flakes
Preheat oven to 230°C. Brush the olive oil over the entire top of the pizza dough. Spread an even layer of pizza sauce over the pizza, leaving a bit of dough around edges for the crust. Top with the grated parmesan cheese, then the mozzarella. Place the pepperoni slices on and sprinkle some of the mince, then bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with the red pepper flakes, allow to cool for 10 minutes before topping with basil or oregano. Slice and serve.
