Ingredients

  • 3 tbsps paprika
  • 3 tbsps chilli powder
  • 2 cups lemon juice
  • 3 tsps ginger, chopped
  • 6 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tsps salt
  • 24 king prawns
  • 2 tbsps olive oil

Method

Step 1

In a bowl, mix together the paprika, chilli powder, lemon juice, ginger, garlic and salt. Add the prawns to the mixture. For maximum flavour, leave them to marinate for an hour or so. Heat a pan and add a little olive oil. Add the prawns to the pan and cook for a few minutes, turning occasionally until they are cooked through. Serve garnished with fresh chilli and parsley with lemon wedges.
