Pesto Pasta

  • 320g spaghetti
  • 4 tbsps pesto
  • 1⁄2 tbsp salt and water
  • 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • handful of basil leaves
  • 3 tbsps Parmesan shavings


Step 1

Add the salt to a pot of water (enough to cook pasta) to boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions. Reserve 2 tablespoons of pasta water.

Step 2

When the pasta is cooked, drain them onto a serving plate. Toss the noodles in the pesto and reserved pasta water. Toss well and garnish with cherry tomatoes, cheese and basil leaves.
