  • 1 rosemary sprig
  • 1 tsp white sugar
  • 50ml Bombay Sapphire gin
  • 2 tbsp Monin Pomegranate Syrup, or 6 tbsps fresh pomegranate arils (seeds)
  • 2 tbsps fresh lemon juice
  • Club soda
  • chilled rosemary sprigs
  • Pomegranate arils (seeds), for garnish


Step 1

Add rosemary sprig to shaker with sugar, gin and pomegranate syrup or arils.

Step 2

Muddle together to release flavours of rosemary into the gin. Add lemon juice and ice, shake for 15 seconds and pour over ice in a low ball glass.

Step 3

Top with club soda and stir gently. Garnish with rosemary sprig and pomegranate arils.
