- 30ml Wholegrain Mustard
- 60ml Chutney
- 15ml Robertsons Portuguese Chicken Seasoning
- 10ml Robertsons Origanum
- 12 Chicken Thighs
- 2 Lemons sliced
Mix the mustard, chutney, Robertsons Portuguese Chicken Seasoning and Origanum together.
Rub the mixture over the chicken thighs. Place a slice of lemon on each thigh and tie with string that has been soaked in water.
Braai over medium to hot coals until the chicken is cooked.
