Ingredients
- 125g prawns
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground chillies juice of 1 lime
- splash of olive oil
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Salsa:
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 yellow pepper, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1⁄2 onion, diced
- handful fresh coriander, finely chopped
Method
Step 1
Combine the prawns with all the spices, lime juice and olive oil in a bowl and let them marinate for about half an hour.
Step 2
Cook on a barbecue, hot plate or pan for approx 5 minutes or until the prawns turn a pinkish colour.
Step 3
Combine all the salsa ingredients and assemble your wraps with the prawns.
