Prawn & Noodle Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- fresh ginger, chopped
- 100g sugar snap peas
- 300g noodles
- 400g prawns
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1tsp sugar
- 4 tbsps soy sauce
Method
Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a wok, on high. Fry 2 chopped garlic cloves and 1 tsp chopped ginger in oil for a half a minute. Add 100g sugar snap peas and stir fry for about 3 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, put 300g noodles on to cook (usually 5 minutes or so in just boiled water). To the wok, add 400g prawns, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 4 tbsps soy sauce and cook until the prawns are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
Step 3
Drain cooked noodles and add to stir fry, stir through and serve.
