This drink looks as good as it tastes.
- 300 grams Raspberries
- 50 grams castor sugar
- 50 mL brandy
- Champagne to fill 6 glasses
Blend together the raspberries, sugar and brandy until pale pink and smooth.
In a champagne flute, divide the bubbly between glasses. Pour in a tablespoon or so of raspberry mixture to each glass.
Pop in a few extra whole raspberries and enjoy!
