This suggestion (It can barely be called a recipe!) pairs well with the Bacon, Feta and Courgette Bake.

Ingredients

  • A bunch of rocket
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • Balsamic vinegar

Method

Step 1

Empty as much rocket as you like into a large salad bowl, then simply shave or grate over plenty of Parmesan cheese, sprinkle over some seasoning and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Serve.
