Salmon and Cream Cheese Roses
- 300 grams cream cheese
- 2 large garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon(s) honey
- 300 grams Smoked salmon
- Dill, to garnish
- Lemon zest, to garnish
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Cut out rounds of your chosen bread slices, for these we used rye bread.
Mix the cream cheese, chives, garlic, salt and pepper together. Pipe on top of the bread rounds.
Cut salmon into one inch strips. Roll up to resemble miniature roses. Garnish with lemon zest and some thin strips of lemon zest. Cover and keep chilled until your guests arrive. Perfect served with icy cold dry bubbles.
