Ingredients

  • 45ml gin
  • 15ml cherry liquor
  • 10ml Cointreau
  • 10ml Benedictine
  • 120ml pineapple juice
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 10ml grenadine
  • 1 dash of bitters

Method

Step 1

Fill a glass with ice and add all the listed ingredients, shake thoroughly to ensure a nice creamy pineapple froth. Pour the contents of the shaker into a beer or hurricane glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a red maraschino cherry.
