Ingredients
- 1 French loaf
- 200g smoked chicken
- head lettuce
- cranberry jelly
- crumbled feta cheese
Method
Step 1
Slice a French loaf lengthways into 4 slices. Toast the bread until browned and crispy. Lightly butter each slice and add a lettuce leaf (optional) on each slice.
Step 2
Slice 200g smoked chicken and layer on top of the lettuce. Top each sandwich with 1 tablespoon cranberry jelly and crumbled feta cheese. Serve seasoned with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
