Ingredients

  • 4 slices brown bread, toasted
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 100g smoked salmon
  • 4 tbsps cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp mixed dried herbs
  • 1 lime

Method

Step 1

Spread the toasted bread with the cream cheese and layer with the avocado and smoked salmon. Sprinkle with herbs and drizzle with lime juice.
