Smoked Salmon & Potato Skewers

Ingredients
- 16 slices of smoked salmon
- 8 baby potatoes
- 160g plain yoghurt
- 2 tbsps horseradish
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 21/2 tbsps fresh dill
- salt and pepper
Method
Step 1
Boil the potatoes until cooked through.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the yogurt, horseradish, dill and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper then mix well.
Step 3
To serve, pierce one potato onto a cocktail stick and fold the salmon slices and add to the cocktail stick. Serve with the sauce.
