A fresh and light meal or elegant snack. Useful when cut in small slices for entertaining last minute guest.
- 1 cup(s) Cream Cheese
- 3 teaspoon(s) Chopped Fresh Dill
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) Finely Grated Lemon Rind
- 400g packet of tortillas
- 8 slices (200g) smoked salmon
- 1 small red onion, halved, thinly sliced
Place cream cheese, dill and lemon rind in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
Place 1 tortilla on a at surface. Spread with 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture. Top with 1 slice of salmon an top with a little onion.
Roll up to enclose filling. Trim ends and cut in half for sandwich-sized servings. For mini cocktail snacks, continue to slice the halves into 2cm thick slices.
Repeat with remaining tortillas, cream cheese mixture, salmon, onion and toothpicks.
Wrap and chill in refrigerator for 20 minutes before serving.
