- 500 g chicken breasts
- 100 ml fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons Royco Usavi Mix Chicken Flavour
- 10 g fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chilli powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
Combine lime juice, Royco Usavi Mix, parsley, olive oil, chilli, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix until ingredients are well combined.
Rinse chicken breasts, pat dry and place in a baking dish.
Pour marinade over chicken, cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or up to 6 hours.
Bake at 175°C for 25 minutes uncovered.
Serve with extra sauce spooned over top.
