These are earthy and smokey. A perfect Braai accessory! The ulti- mate easy side dish. Serve as snacks or part of your meaty feast.
- 1kg potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp crushed garlic
Preheat the oven to 200°C Wash and dry the potatoes, but don’t peel them. Cut the potatoes into large wedges. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix well. Place on an oiled baking tray and bake until golden-brown and cooked- about 40 minutes. Serve with fresh basil leaves and chunks of salty feta.
