A simple sticky chicken recipe for you to cook a great meal for family and friends.
Ingredients
- 18-24 Chicken wings
- 1 teaspoon Ina Paarman’s Chicken Spice
- 1 cup Ina Paarman’s Sticky Marinade
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Snip off the hard feathery pointed end of each wing with a pair of kitchen scissors.
Step 3
Toss the wings with Chicken Spice and the Sticky Marinade. Dish into an oven proof dish best side up.
Step 4
Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes until crispy and brown or cook slowly on the braai while turning and basting.
