An easy recipe to make ahead and delicious to enjoy for any meal on the go.
- 45g rolled oats
- 150g vanilla yoghurt
- 1⁄2 tsp honey
- 8 strawberries, chopped and divided into two servings
- 80ml milk
- 1⁄8 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp sliced almonds
In a 450ml glass jar, add the oats, yoghurt, honey, four chopped strawberries, milk, almonds and cinnamon. Stir ingredients to combine and cover jar with a lid. Refrigerate oat mixture overnight or for 8 hours.
Top the oats with remaining strawberries.
