Sweet Chilli Chicken Wraps

A simple and fun recipe for family and friends to enjoy. Also an easy lunchbox idea.
Ingredients
- 2 Irvine’s Chicken Breasts
- juice from 1 lemon
- 6 lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 3 large tortillas
- 1⁄4 cup sweet chilli sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1⁄2 red onion, sliced
- 80g sweet corn
- 1⁄2 cucumber, sliced
Method
Step 1
Heat your braai or frying pan to medium/ high and lightly coat with olive oil. Generously salt and pepper both sides of your Irvine’s Chicken Breasts. Place onto grill and cook each side for about 10 minutes. Baste with lemon juice often.
Step 2
Once fully cooked, remove from heat and leave them to sit for at least 5 minutes.
Step 3
Cut chicken into slices and set aside.
Step 4
Spread your tortillas lightly with sweet chilli sauce. Place lettuce, chicken, tomato, onion, cucumber, sweetcorn and cheese into each tortilla. Fold in the sides and wrap with the ends closed and serve.
