Ingredients
- CHILLI BUTTER:
- 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1⁄4 tsp hot chilli sauce
- 1 tsp sweet chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1⁄4 tsp ground cumin
- 1⁄4 tsp sweet paprika
- 1⁄4 tsp garlic powder
- 1⁄4 tsp onion powder
- 1⁄4 tsp chilli powder
- 1⁄4 tsp salt
- SUN-DRIED TOMATO BUTTER:
- 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
- 50g sun-dried tomatoes, softened in boiling water and finely chopped
- 2 tbps parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tbps basil, finely chopped
Method
Step 1
In two bowls, mix all butter ingredients together well. Roll into logs and chill for one hour before serving with the grilled sweetcorn. Allow everyone to slice and add their own butter.
