- 6 tablespoon(s) tahini paste
- 6 tablespoon(s) reduced fat creme fraiche
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 6 tablespoon(s) water
- 2 lemons to juice
Whisk together the first four ingredients, then add the lemon juice gradually to taste.
Season with salt and black pepper and serve chilled.
