Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoon(s) tahini paste
  • 6 tablespoon(s) reduced fat creme fraiche
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 6 tablespoon(s) water
  • 2 lemons to juice

Method

Step 1

Whisk together the first four ingredients, then add the lemon juice gradually to taste.

Step 2

Season with salt and black pepper and serve chilled.
