A tasty snack
- 680g of skinless and boneless chicken breasts
- 1 small bunch of green onions, cut into pieces
- 1 cup Magictime Teriyaki Sauce
Cut Chicken into 3½ cm pieces. Thread onto skewers, alternating with onion pieces. Place in a shallow baking dish.
Pour Teriyaki Sauce over skewers coating the chicken evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill and place skewers over medium high heat. Grill for about 4 minutes, turn and brush with remaining marinade.
Grill an additional 4 minutes, or until done. Serve with lime wedges, potato wedges or couscous.
