- 2kg Irvine’s Chicken Wings, tips removed and split at joint
- 250ml soy sauce
- 160ml water
- 250g brown sugar
- 2 tbsps mustard powder
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
Place the Irvine’s Chicken Wings in a large shallow baking pan.
Bring the remaining ingredients to a boil in a saucepan.
Pour the marinade over the wings and place in a 200°C oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven and place in a pan.
Grill for 20-30 minutes, turning often until crispy and golden.
