This sticky marinade goes perfectly with chicken and pork.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 3 tbsps brown sugar
- ½ tbsp rice wine vinegar
- ¼ cup pineapple juice
- ¼ cup orange juice
Method
Step 1
In medium pan over low to medium heat simmer soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, vinegar, and ginger. After 15 minutes, add pineapple juice and orange juice.
Step 2
Marinade your chosen meat in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours or more before grilling. Goes well with strips of beef, chicken pieces, steaks, or pork chops.
