Teriyaki Steak Wraps

  • 500g steak, sliced
  • 2 tbsps Teriyaki Sauce
  • 4 tbsps Olive Oil Blend
  • 2 yellow peppers, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • mixed lettuce leaves
  • 4 tortilla wraps


Step 1

Combine 1 tablespoon olive oil blend, steak and Teriyaki sauce to a zip-lock bag and marinate for 30minutes.

Step 2

Heat the remaining oil in a non-stick frying pan on medium-high heat. Add the steak, peppers, onion and tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes for until the steak is tender and vegetables are cooked.

Step 3

Place each tortilla wrap on a plate. Top with some mixed lettuce leaves then add the steak and pepper mixture. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Roll up the wraps and serve.
