Triple Layer Smoothie

  • For the mango smoothie:
  • 165g mango, chopped
  • 1/2 banana
  • 120g plain Greek yoghurt
  • 2-3 ice cubes
  • For the green smoothie:
  • 1/2 banana
  • 60g baby spinach
  • 235ml brewed green tea (cooled)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • For the strawberry smoothie:
  • 230g strawberries
  • 125g vanilla yogurt


Step 1

Place all ingredients for the mango smoothie in a blender and blend until smooth. Slowly pour enough of the smoothie mixture to fill a third of each glass.

Step 2

Repeat the process to make the green smoothie, then pour some of the green smoothie over the mango smoothie in each glass. Repeat with the strawberry smoothie and pour it into the glasses to complete the layered smoothie.
