Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup carrots, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups sugar snap peas
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
Method
Step 1
Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan on medium-high heat. Add the onion and carrots and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Add the remaining vegetables and stir fry 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are tender- crisp.
Step 3
Add soy sauce, garlic powder and ginger and stir-fry until well blended. Serve over cooked rice or fried noodles.
