- 6 assorted red and yellow peppers
- 100g spaghetti, cooked and chopped
Cut the lids off peppers and remove seeds. Retain the lids.
Carefully cut ‘pumpkin’ eyes and mouth.
Fill with spaghetti, pulling some through the mouths and spilling out the top. Replace the lids.
